Enrollment Fee c. ESC 2. Incoming First Year a. Birth Certificate (Authenticated Photo Copy) b. Income Tax Return (ITR) (for ESC-EVS Applicant) 3. Transferees a. Same requirements for new students b. Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Principal of the school last attended c. Interview with the Prefect of Students, Principal and the Guidance Counselor. 4. Old Students with Contract a. Letter in Intent from the student duly signed by the parents b. Interview by the Prefect of Students, Principal and Guidance Counselor. |
